Ghost kitchen trailers

Full kitchens on wheels. One trailer can run any of our menus, so you get the food you want without booking a different truck for every dish.

A lineup for your crowd

Pick from more than 8 menus, from poutine to s'mores, or tell us who's coming and we'll suggest the mix. From a family fair to a late-night concert, the menu fits the event.

Themed truck builds

For themed events we dress the trucks with custom artwork, menu boards and props, so the food line becomes part of the attraction.

We work the line every weekend.

Our trucks work hundreds of events a year, from small-town fairs to big-city festivals. We know what a crowd eats, how fast a line moves, and how to keep the window open when the rush hits.

Every mobile kitchen and setup is AHS certified and kept in compliance, so your health inspection is the easy part.

Questions about booking food trucks.

What food do your trucks serve?

We run more than 8 menus, including poutine and s'mores. Tell us about your crowd and we'll suggest the mix, or ask for the full menu list.

How fast do your trucks serve?

Our festival vending units run two POS systems and can serve about 2.4 people a minute, roughly 144 an hour, so lines keep moving through the rush.

Are your trucks health-inspected?

Yes. All of our mobile kitchens and setups are AHS certified (Alberta Health Services) and kept in compliance at every event.

Can one trailer serve more than one menu?

Yes. Our 20 ft ghost kitchen trailers are full kitchens on wheels, so one trailer can run any of our menus. You get the food you want without booking a different truck for every dish.

Where do you bring food trucks?

We're based in Edmonton and work events across Western Canada: Alberta, British Columbia and Saskatchewan, from big-city festivals and the EXPO Centre to small-town fairs.

Can you theme a truck for our event?

Yes. For seasonal and themed events we dress the trucks with custom artwork, menu boards and props, like Santa's Snack Shack at Glow and our Jack B Little pumpkin truck in Smoky Lake.

Can you plan the whole festival, not just the food?

Yes. Festival City Events, our events side, plans and runs festivals and concerts across Western Canada, from site and parking plans to show day and cleanup.

Tell us about your event.

Send the date, the venue and the crowd you expect, and we'll tell you which trucks and menus fit.
